What we do

    Regular, careful mowing at the right height, so your lawn stays healthy, even, and sharp all summer.

  • Weedwhacking

    Clean trimming along fences, beds, walkways, and mailboxes — all the spots a mower can’t reach.

What if you don’t reach 50?

Then we cancel the season, and nobody pays a thing. Your sign-up is a free pledge — if we don’t reach 50 homes by February 1, 2027, we’ll email you to let you know, and that’s it.

Do I pay now?

No. Signing up is free and there’s no commitment. We won’t ask for any payment until we reach 50 homes and confirm the season with you.

When does the season start?

Our target start date for the 2027 season is [SEASON START DATE]. Sign-ups close February 1, 2027 — if we’ve hit 50 homes by then, we’re on.

What areas do you serve?

Homes across Essex County, MA. If you’re not sure you’re in range, sign up anyway — we’ll let you know.

How much will it cost?

How does the free first mow work?

About us

We’re three local college students looking to meet new people and make some extra money over the summer. We are committed to making lawns look pristine for the entire summer.

  • Timmy Lull

    I am a Finance and Technology student at Bentley University. I am from Topsfield and went to Masconomet High School.

  • Adam Staffier

    I am currently a student at Bentley University studying Business Analytics. I’m from Middleton and graduated from Masconomet High School, but now live in Hamilton.

  • Nicco Cefalo

    I am Nicco Cefalo, studying at North Shore Community College and also working part time at Simards Construction. I am from Middleton and went to Masconomet High School.
